Kobo Projects is run by Joe Koborsi, a licensed builder with over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. We've stayed small on purpose. Joe is on your job and on the other end of the phone, backed by a regular team of tradespeople he has worked with for years. That means straight answers, a quote that covers everything, and a build that runs to the timeline in your contract.
It starts with a call. We meet on site, draw up plans with our building designers or work from yours, and give you a complete quote covering every cost in the build. Once you sign off on timelines, progress payments and insurance, we build, keep you updated, and hand over the finished job.

No. We can design with you from the start, which helps keep the project on budget and buildable. If you already have plans, we'll work from those.
